Dial the (local) number closest to you from the number list below (100+ worldwide locations) and when prompted, enter your Host code. your guests can join the meeting by dialing the number closest to them and entering their guest code.

You can give them the link to this page, or look up the number that's nearest to them in the United States. You could also log in (click on 'Control Panel' above), then click on the NUMBERS menu option and forward them the US freephone number.

No it doesn't - people generally prefer to dial into their own local number to keep their call costs down, but if you were in say Brussels, you could dial into the New York number to get into your conference call.

For the numbers listed on our International dial-in numbers page, the same cost applies whether the caller is dialling into a local number in Japan or a local number in London.

Each of your callers will pay their normal call bill to their own provider, eg if your callers dial into conference from the UK they will pay BT or whoever. At the end of the month, the Host is billed separately by 247meeting for the conference call facility.

Toll Free numbers are hidden from our public web page for security reasons. Toll Free numbers are charged differently to local numbers and are more expensive to use. For this reason we want to give our customers control over who can use the Toll Free numbers when dialling into their call.
Existing customers can log in on the top right hand corner of this page for access to these numbers.
New customers should contact us directly for access.

Toll Free numbers and Local numbers are charged differently
When you dial into a conference call using a Local number you will be charged by us for the teleconferencing service but you will also be charged for the call you place to the Local number - as if it were a normal phone call - by your Network Provider.
Your guests are also charged for the call they place to the Dial-In number, unless they use a Toll Free number. If they use a Toll Free number the network charges that they would have received will be charged back to you, the Host.
Depending on the location and carrier of the Toll Free number these costs vary greatly.
